"This spa was reccomended by friends. I went in for my free consultation thinking it would be a very basic appointment. I was so wrong! F spent an hour and a half with me. We discussed my skin and different treatment plans that would work for me. She gave me a ton of samples to try and called me to check in and see how things were working. I went in for a facial/peel a week later and my skin already looks 10x healthier! At my facial appointment F took the time to go over my skin care regimin with me and tweak it. She gave me more samples and invited me to come to an open house explaining different spa treatments. She also called me two days after my 2nd appointment to check on the progress of the facial and see if I had any questions. In addition to my esthitician being so fabulous, the spa itself is gorgeous. I am very particular about cleanliness and style; I was very impressed by this spa. It makes you feel like you have stepped into a spa in New York or Seattle. The design asthetic is very shiek and calming at the same time. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and offered water, tea etcetera. All of the employees were very put together and professional looking. No one was snobby or aloof. F walked out and greeted me very quickly and showed me around the facility. All of the rooms very very private and well equipped. The bathroom was very clean and had all of the ammenities to freshen up after any spa treatment. F explained eveything she was doing during the treatment and answered all of my questions thoroghly. When the treatment was over she personally walked me out and saw me to the door. I have my next appointment in a week and I am so excited to have found a spa where the customer is number one and the treatment is top of the line. Side note: I am new to this spa but several friends of mine also attend it regularly. I have been told time and again that the massages and body treatments are fab too! I can't wait to make my appoinment for those!"
