"I have had a lot of massages and this one was very relaxing. The foot scrub at the beginning was a nice touch but what really made a difference was the fact that Cari, the massage therapist, did not rush through everything and she massaged out all my knots from working on the computer. She worked on my sore muscles, needing out my tight IT band and my strained hip flexors from running/overuse. I really appreciated the fact that she did not rush through the massage to get to an hours time. I love the steam bath after the massage before it relaxed me before a long day of socializing with people from work.
