"I cannot say enough about this spa. I have been looking for a professional relaxing atmosphere and Island Medical Spa is the place to go. I was looking for a spot that also had a great product line and I found it! The minute we walked in we were happily greeted and spoiled with elixirs and foot baths. Our facials were absolutely wonderful and the staff was very nice. I will definitely be going there again and will say that I will not use another spa for any dermatological or massage needs!
